Honesty Library

Have you discovered our Honesty Library?

Located next to our Customer Service desk outside WHSmith you can discover a wide range of books available for you to take and swap, in return for a donation of what you can afford. The money raised currently goes to the Weston Favell Shopping centre Community Fund.

We do have a few house rules, please read through and take note:

📚 Please use the hand sanitiser to wash your hands before and after using the honesty library.

📚 Money donations still accepted – Sorry card is not yet accepted, but we are working on it!

📚 Please place any book donations into the bucket area provided and do not put them straight onto the shelves.

📚 Please try and wipe your donated books down, particularly if they have been left in garages, attics etc so not too dusty!

In the past 12 months, funds raised from the Honesty Library have gone towards The DEC Turkey and Syria Earthquake appeal, Weston Favell Food Bank, Northants Litter Wombles, Northampton College F1 in schools team, Ignite NC, Emmanuel Church, Mind, Refuge, Cancer Research UK, Happy at Home scheme, Friends of Top Hat School, Eleanor Lodge, The Weston Favell Library, Dream Days nursery and Raunds Park Infant school.

If you want to nominate a local charity or organisation to receive a donation from our Community Fund, then please contact customerservice@weston-favell.com.

PLEASE NOTE

The donation boxes located on the Honesty Library are emptied daily, so no money is left unattended.
