Toilets
You can find our toilets on both levels of the centre. On the lower level, near to Jenny’s restaurant, we have our main toilet facilities, including baby change, Changing Places and disabled toilets.
On the upper level, near the Library and Emmanuel Church, we have further toilet facilities, including disabled toilets.
We are proud to share that for another year, our toilets have scored PLATINUM in the Loo of the Year awards!
Disabled Facilities
Weston Favell Shopping Centre offers a range of accessible facilities to help make your visit easier. Disabled parking bays are available outside the main entrance in the undercover car park, near the Going Spare entrance, and outside the William Hill
entrance, all located next to pathways or dropped kerbs for safe access to the centre.
There is level access from the car park into the centre, and two centrally located passenger lifts linking the Lower and Upper Mall. Accessible facilities include a Changing Places toilet on the Lower Mall and additional disabled toilets within the centre.
We also offer wheelchair hire during your visit through our partnership with Oakley Healthcare and Mobility. To arrange a wheelchair, please call 01604 411 521 before your visit or approach a member of Weston Favell staff when you arrive.
Parking
You can park for FREE in the car park for up to 3 hours. Please park courteously and safely and be considerate of other drivers and their possible needs.
If you are shopping in the centre and need to extend your parking over 3 hours you are welcome to do so with our team on 01604 411 521. Please note we may ask for receipts to support your request.
Weston Favell Shopping Centre proudly holds the Park Mark Safer Parking Award and the Award of Excellence from the Disabled Parking Association.
Opening Hours
With a mix of over 60 high street and independent shops and restaurants, there’s something for everybody at Northampton’s biggest and best shopping experience. Whatever your reason for
visiting, whether just nipping in for a few items or making a longer visit, you are assured of a warm welcome.

The centre management office is open Monday – Friday, 9.00am –5.00pm.
Free WiFi
You can access free Wi-Fi throughout Weston Favell Shopping Centre to help you stay connected during your visit. Simply connect to “Weston Favell Free Wi-Fi” on your device and sign in to get started.
Our Wi-Fi service provides 30 minutes of free access, making it easy to check messages, browse the internet, or plan the rest of your shopping trip while you’re in the centre.
Centre Management
The Centre Management Office is located at the top of the North Stairs, next to Nationwide.
Please note that office hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Library
The library is located on the upper mall within the centre.
It is a quiet and accessible space where visitors can borrow books, use computers, and access a range of learning and community services. The library also provides a comfortable environment for reading, studying, and private conversations.
Cash Machine
There are two cash machines available at Weston Favell Shopping Centre for customer convenience.
One cash machine is located outside TSB on the Lower Mall, and the other is located outside Nationwide on the Upper Mall. Both machines are easily accessible during centre opening hours.
Parcel Lockers
Amazon Lockers
Amazon Lockers offer a secure and convenient way to collect your parcels at Weston Favell Shopping Centre.
The lockers are located on the Lower Mall near the centre toilets and Frango Grill.
This area is open 10am – 5pm. To collect parcels outside these hours, please contact centre security on 01604 411 521 for assistance.
InPost Lockers
An InPost locker station is available at Weston Favell Shopping Centre in the car park near the Tesco fuel station and McDonald’s in the undercover area. InPost lockers allow you to collect, return, and send parcels 24/7, providing a quick and convenient option for managing your deliveries.
Collect, Return or Send with InPost
InPost lockers make it easy to collect, return, or send parcels at Weston Favell Shopping Centre.
Click & Collect – Have parcels delivered to the locker and collect them when it suits you.
Return – Return items quickly using InPost’s Instant Returns service, often without printing a label.
Send – Send parcels easily, with labels starting from £2.34 (inc. VAT).
Did You Know?
Delivering parcels to lockers instead of home can help reduce carbon emissions, making it a convenient and more environmentally friendly option.
Post Office
The Post Office is located inside Tesco, on the right-hand side as you enter from the main entrance.
Photo Booth
Photo booths are available on both the upper and lower mall.
Upper mall:

Lower mall:

Reverse Vending Machine
A reverse vending machine is a recycling machine where you can return empty plastic bottles and aluminium cans.
Instead of buying a drink like a normal vending machine, you place your used items into the machine. It then accepts them for recycling and rewards you with points.
At Weston Favell Shopping Centre, you earn 1 point for each item recycled, and these points can be used for offers and discounts within the centre through the Trovr app.
Wayfinding Screens
Wayfinding screens are located throughout the centre:
- Outside the lower mall toilets
- Outside Papernews
- Outside Shoe Zone
These screens display centre events, advertisements, and store offers.
Kiddy Rides
Kids’ rides are available in several locations around the centre:
- At the main entrance
- In front of the Papernews store
- Opposite Savers
- In front of T.G. Jones
