To say a THANK YOU for shopping at Weston Favell, we are giving you a chance to WIN up to £100 worth of prizes every day. Have you shopped in the centre today and spent £50 or more? Then make sure to bring your receipts to the Customer Service Desk, located on the upper level to claim your CRACKER. The value can be spent in as many transactions in as many retailers as you like but don’t forget, your receipts must be validated on the same day you spent your cash*. The Customer Service Desk is open between Monday - Saturday 10am - 4pm, we'll see you there!

A. The Customer Service Desk is closed on a Sunday, please claim Sunday reciepts within 7 days of the date on your receipt.

Q. Where is the Customer Service Desk?
A. On the upper mall outside Shoezone

Q. When is the Customer Service Desk open?
A. The Customer Service Desk is only open from Monday - Saturday, 10am - 4pm. On 16th December and 23rd December the desk will be open between 11am - 3pm. For customers visiting on Sundays - receipts will be valid and redeemable within 7 days. Please note that the Customer Service Desk team members take a 30 minute lunch break each day.

Q. How long do I have to enter?
A. The Pull For A Prize campaign launches on the 1st December and closes on the 23rd December, or until crackers run out.

Terms and conditions

  1. This promotion is being run by Weston Favell shopping centre, Northampton, NN3 8JZ.

  2. The entrant must have spent £50 or over in one day within the centre and get their receipt validated at the Customer Service Desk.

  3. One cracker only can be redeemed per day.

  4. Validation of receipts will happen between 10am and 4pm Monday to Saturday. Receipts must be validated and a cracker claimed on the same day the purchase(s) was made. Receipts for purchases made after 4pm can be redeemed within 7 days. Please note that the Customer Service Desk team members take a 30 minute lunch break each day.

  5. Receipts from a Sunday can be validated on another day of the week within 7 days of the date on the receipt.

  6. The shopper must have spent in centre between the 1st December and 23rd December 2018 in order to enter.

  7. The prizes available are:

  2. Prizes will be handed over at the Customer Service Desk when the customer presents a winning cracker.

  3. Prizes must redeemed by the 23rd December 2018.

  4. The cracker insert must be handed over at the Customer Service Desk for the prize to be handed to the customer.

  5. Employees of Weston Favell Shopping Centre and their relatives are not permitted to enter this competition.

  6. All entrants must be over the age of 16 or have consent from a parent or guardian to enter.

  7. The promoter for this competition is Weston Favell Shopping Centre, Northampton.

  8. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. No cash alternative is available.

  9. By entering the competition, you accept these terms and conditions, and agree to participate in any publicity associated with this promotion. If the entrants fail to agree to these terms and conditions they will be automatically excluded from the promotion.
