How to Submit a Parking Ticket Enquiry

Please send an email with the required details to:

Subject Line: PARKING TICKET – (YOUR VEHICLE REGISTRATION)

Information Required

Please include the following information in your email:

  • A photo of the parking ticket

  • Confirmation of whether you are a:

    • Customer

    • Contractor

    • Tenant

  • A full explanation of how the ticket was issued and why you believe it should be cancelled

What Happens Next

Your enquiry will be reviewed within approximately 72 hours.

During this time, we may contact you if:

  • Additional information is required

  • The ticket can be cancelled

  • The ticket cannot be cancelled

All enquiries are recorded to ensure there is a clear record of the ticket and the request for review.

This process ensures that all parking ticket enquiries are handled fairly and efficiently.

Tenants and contractors must not park in the customer car park unless prior approval has been given.

Failure to follow this rule may result in a parking ticket being issued.
